Just when you think running in London is all about dodging traffic and running red lights, you discover the canals.
Regent’s Canal is the prime example. At 13.5km long, you can enjoy some serious inner-city tranquility with only low-flying bridges, oncoming cyclists, slippery tiles (watch out, one step wrong and you’re in the soup!), and duck poo to worry about.
